Job summary

Al Rahma Medical Group seeks a reliable Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue medical items, and maintain stock records. The role requires organized individuals with experience in warehouse operations and strong documentation skills.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in a store/warehouse role, be proficient in Excel and ERP systems, and hold a UAE driving license. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment as per approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain records in Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems.
