Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Inventory Controller - Products to manage procurement of consumables and spare parts for the Distribution department, ensuring stock accuracy and cost control. You will coordinate local and overseas purchases, liaise with vendors, and support budget preparation with timely reports.

The role requires a commerce background, 5 years in material management or inventory control, and strong English communication. SAP or ERP experience and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent.
• Five years' experience in material management, inventory control or similar role.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control strategies to minimize stock-outs and overstock.
• Coordinate procurement of materials locally and overseas, liaising with vendors.
• Oversee material movements, ensure timely receipt, storage and issuance.
• Reconcile purchase orders, stock records and supplier follow-ups.
