Job summary

NMDC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Material Planner/Inventory Controller to manage stock replenishment for the main store and satellites, using MIN/MAX, MRP, SDV and Transfer vouchers. The role includes preparing purchase requests, POs and long-term contracts, and adjusting stock levels to optimize value.

The ideal candidate will evaluate SRLs, coordinate transfers, and monitor outstanding purchase requisitions and orders with procurement.

Qualifications

• High School with 4 years’ experience in material planning/inventory control.
• Diploma in Material Management with 3 years’ experience in material planning/inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Overall Stock Replenishment for main store and satellite warehouses based on MIN/MAX, MRP, SDV and TV.
• SRL (Stores Replenishment List) content evaluation for replenishment requirements and stock level adjustments.
• Prepare PR, normal PO and contract long term agreements, call of order based on SRL and SDV.
• Evaluating Stock items groups to determine stocks below/above min/max levels and adjust levels.
• Transfer of material to satellite stores through Transfer Voucher.

Education

High School with 4 Years’ experience in relevant role (material planner / Inventory control).

High school & Diploma in Material Management with 3 years’ experience in relevant role (material planner / Inventory control).
