Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC seeks a Customer Service Agent to manage daily input of customer transactions, prepare documentation, and assist with billing processes. The role supports warehouse coordination, inventory control, and customer communications to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in distribution, proficiency with MS Word/Excel, and experience with WMS systems. Strong typing and independent working capability are valued.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the distribution department.
• Experience in inventory control and/or distribution operation is required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and any Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Typing 30 wpm and 10-key by touch.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily input of customer transactions (receipts/orders).
• Prepare relevant documentation for transactions and billing breakdowns.
• Raise invoices in CFIT monthly and provide operational reports on request.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to receive and release shipments.
• Maintain organized, accurate system inventory for customers.
• Produce monthly KPI reports for customers.
