Job summary

Star Services in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Information Systems Specialist to join our team. You will deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to office and warehouse staff, and help maintain hardware and network systems to ensure operations run smoothly.

Based at DWC Freezone, you will manage system operations, security, backups, and vendor relationships while enforcing access controls. A valid driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or 2-3 years hands-on IT support experience.
• Fluent English communication and strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of Windows/Unix networks and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support for employees.
• Maintain hardware and network systems; monitor uptime.
• Install and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and network gear.
• Support warehouse devices including scanners and tablets.
• Perform daily system checks, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
