Job summary

AHS Properties is seeking a Vice President – International Business Development to lead growth in the UAE and abroad. You will identify investment opportunities, acquire land for developments, and drive overseas sales and strategic partnerships with ultra-high-net-worth buyers and international networks.

You will own the investment pipeline end-to-end, coordinate due diligence with Finance and Legal, and ensure compliance with UAE and target-market regulations while expanding the brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years real estate sales or business development experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source international real estate investment opportunities.
• Lead initial feasibility studies and financial modelling.
• Coordinate commercial, legal, tax and technical due diligence with internal teams and external advisers.
• Structure and negotiate investment deals, including acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments and partnerships.
• Develop international sales targets and go-to-market plans for senior management approval.
• Represent AHS Properties in investor meetings, conferences and forums abroad; organize investor visits to the UAE.
• Monitor the performance of investments against the business case and report to senior management.
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE law, Dubai Land Department / RERA regulations, and AML/CFT requirements.
