Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–10 years in real estate investment, strategic planning, or related field.
- Proven track record sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investments.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages a plus.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and projections.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate international real estate investment opportunities.
- Develop business plans with financial projections and ROI analyses.
- Attract and engage international investors and institutions.
- Manage due diligence and structure investment agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and development teams.
- Prepare management reports and track KPI performance.
