Job summary

Enclave Dubai is seeking an experienced real estate broker to drive off-plan and residential property sales in Dubai. You will leverage market knowledge, developer relationships, and a strong client presentation style to close deals and meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes Russian-language proficiency, market awareness of launches and payment plans, and a performance-driven, commission-based structure with strong marketing support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
• Russian language proficiency
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, new launches and payment plans
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and client presentation skills
• Ability to identify investment opportunities and convert leads
• UAE driving licence preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan and residential properties in Dubai
• Present properties to prospective clients and conduct property tours
• Identify and pursue investment opportunities for clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets
• Maintain relationships with developers and clients for repeat business
• Provide market insights and timely updates to clients
