Job summary

Enclave Dubai is seeking a results-driven real estate sales professional to join our Dubai-based brokerage. You will pursue residential and commercial property deals, leveraging fresh daily leads and robust marketing support to achieve targets.

This role offers a transparent 50%–70% commission structure, visa and health insurance, plus ongoing training and career growth opportunities within a dynamic team at Enclave Dubai.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
German language skills preferred.
UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Sell residential and commercial real estate with a focus on targets.
Leverage fresh daily leads and marketing support to close deals.
Conduct telesales and content support to generate inquiries.
Collaborate with team and visa/health insurance logistics as needed.
