Job summary

McGregor Boyall is partnering with a UAE insurer to appoint a Senior Manager – International Private Medical Insurance. The role leads the build-out of the IPMI proposition across multiple markets, shaping channel strategy and driving growth.

You will own strategy and commercial growth for the international health insurance portfolio, spanning new business acquisition, client retention, and distribution development across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in International Private Medical Insurance with a distribution focus.
• Strong knowledge of global health insurance markets, regulation and competition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan to grow the IPMI portfolio across new business and retention.
• Identify new markets, distribution channels and strategic partnerships to drive market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, intermediaries and corporate clients.
• Expand distribution across digital platforms, bancassurance and corporate partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and client needs to shape business development.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, driving accountability across the sales team.
• Ensure operational excellence across policy issuance, premium collection and customer servicing.
