Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Sales Representative to start a career in international B2B sales within the global electronics supply chain. You will learn to identify customers, initiate contact, and support RFQs and orders.

No prior electronics experience required; emphasis on communication, execution, learning, and growth potential, with support across product knowledge and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proactive outreach and follow-up skills.
• Interest in international business and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Identify and organize potential customer leads via LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Establish initial contact with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Support RFQ, quotation, samples, and order progress matters.
• Maintain CRM records and customer information.
• Coordinate with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams.
• Nurture prospects and inactive customers to advance conversations.
• Learn electronics components and basic supply chain concepts.
• Assist Sales Managers with basic customer development tasks.
