You will collaborate with business and engineering teams to define product requirements, manage the backlog, and drive delivery of enhancements that streamline operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Owner or related role.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and databases.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Strong collaboration with software developers and tech teams.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and ownership from requirement to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal tools, dashboards, and operational platforms.
• Translate workflows into clear user stories and backlog items.
• Prioritize backlog and coordinate with Engineering for delivery.
• Improve operational efficiency by automating processes.
• Manage integrations between internal and third-party systems.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure features meet requirements.
• Track KPIs such as adoption and processing time.
• Communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders.
