Qualifications

Responsibilities

A leading Group operating in the automotive and auto spare parts trading and distribution sector is looking for an experienced In-House SAP Implementation Support Specialist to manage and support SAP operations across the Group The role will act as the in-house SAP resource bridging business requirements and SAP solutions while supporting users across Sales Warehouse Finance and Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation roll-out and configuration of SAP modules such as MM SD and FI.
• Provide first-line functional SAP support to end-users and resolve day-to-day issues and tickets.
• Gather understand and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions or change requests.
• Perform SAP system configuration testing data migration and validation for new processes.
• Create and maintain user documentation training materials and SOPs.
• Conduct user training and promote SAP best practices across departments.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants and implementation partners for escalations enhancements and complex issues.
• Monitor system performance master data quality and system integrations.
• Support periodic SAP upgrades and process improvements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased SAP adoption.
• Work closely with business teams to ensure SAP processes support operational requirements.

Qualifications

• ExperienceBachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems or a related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP experience in implementation configuration and or functional support Strong functional knowledge of at least one core SAP module MM SD or FI Experience supporting SAP users in a business environment Experience in trading distribution automotive or similar industries will be preferred SAP certification will be an advantage Strong understanding of business processes within trading and distribution environments.
• Good knowledge of SAP functional processes and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical SAP solutions.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on SAP professional capable of independently handling day-to-day SAP support while also contributing to implementation, configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.Candidates with experience in SAP MM, SD or FI, particularly within trading, distribution, automotive or spare-parts environments, will be preferred.The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business users across Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Procurement and coordinating with external SAP consultants when required.
