Job summary

Salt in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to plan, coordinate and deliver internal communications for major projects, events, leadership updates and organisation-wide initiatives.

You will work closely with Marketing, Human Resources and senior stakeholders to develop communication plans, manage content calendars and coordinate communications across channels. This is a hands-on role requiring strong planning and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related discipline.
• Fluent English is required.
• Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications for major projects and events.
• Develop communication plans and content calendars across channels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR and leadership teams.
• Draft leadership messages and announcements.
• Monitor employee feedback and adjust plans.
