Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications or related field.
• Experience in government, public-sector, consulting or agency environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal communication platforms is advantageous.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute daily.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of internal communication plans aligned with client priorities.
• Draft, edit and proofread employee communications, newsletters, intranet content and talking points.
• Translate complex information into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate campaigns across channels, ensuring message consistency and timing.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies, escalating risks as needed.
• Coordinate workstreams across client stakeholders and manage review cycles.
• Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on decisions and actions.
• Support internal events, town halls and leadership engagements.
• Monitor communication performance and provide concise reports with recommendations.
