Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar construction role.
• Skilled in quantity takeoff methods and cost estimation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and contract management.
• Proficient with Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimating software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing quantities and cost estimates for projects.
• Handling tender documents and evaluating them.
• Drafting and managing agreements between project parties.
• Monitoring project expenditures to stay within budget.
• Preparing final accounts and reconciling total project costs.
• Preparing payment applications to clients by deadlines.
• Coordinating payment certificates for subcontractors and maintaining logs.
