Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost, procurement, and commercial aspects of interior fit-out projects from a contractor's view.

You will cover pre-contract bidding and post-contract cost control, ensuring projects stay within budget and comply with client and regulatory requirements. UAE experience preferred; join a standards-driven commercial team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil/MEP).
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil/MEP).
• Minimum of 4–6 years in interior fit-out or Design & Build contracting.
• Proven tendering, subcontractor procurement, and Design & Build experience.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and bespoke fit-out forms.
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, techniques, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from tender drawings and specs.
• Assist in internal BOQs and cost breakdowns for bids.
• Analyse tender documents to build priced bid submissions.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing at various bid stages.
• Assist in qualifications, exclusions, and clarifications for tenders.
• Support value engineering to protect margin while ensuring quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and tenders.
• Post-contract: manage cost control, valuations, and final accounts.
