Job summary

BG Group UAE seeks a seasoned QS Manager to lead the Quantity Surveying function across high-end fit-out projects in Dubai. You will oversee cost planning, budgeting, tendering, procurement, and commercial control while guiding the QS team to deliver accurate financials.

The role demands strong UAE experience, expert BOQ, estimation, variations and final accounts, plus advanced Excel and QS software skills. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Dubai-based fit-out experience.
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering or related field.
Strong UAE construction/main contracting experience.
Expertise in BOQ, estimation, cost control, variations, claims, EOT, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QS team, assign tasks and coordinate approvals.
Create clear component-level BOQs and material lists for projects.
Monitor budgets and track cost performance across contracts.
Prepare tender packages for Joinery, Aluminum, Glass, and flooring.
Identify cost variations and support valuations during execution.
Provide commercial reports and financial summaries for management.
