Job Description

Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from project initiation through completion and handover.
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, joinery, civil, and other relevant drawings to identify and resolve technical issues.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, procurement plans, and manpower requirements.
Supervise site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and safety requirements.
Monitor project progress, costs, material procurement, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Manage variations, RFIs, material approvals, shop drawings, inspections, and technical submissions.
Coordinate material selection, procurement, delivery, and installation to prevent delays.
Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare progress reports, project updates, and documentation for management and clients.
Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, rectification, and final project handover.
Ensure all project documentation, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documents are completed.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
