Job summary

Azizi Developments's Studio 360 is seeking an ID Technical Manager to bridge design creativity and technical execution. You will oversee interior design projects, lead technical coordination among designers and engineers, and ensure buildable, code-compliant delivery from development through construction.

The role requires extensive UAE experience, BIM proficiency, and strong leadership to guide integration across disciplines and ensure high-quality outcomes on complex interiors.

Qualifications

• BS in Design, Interior Design or Architecture.
• 12-15 years in interior design and fit-out in UAE or internationally.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and LOD specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across interior design projects from design development to construction.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, lighting, landscape, and other consultants for integrated designs.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and mock-ups to ensure design intent and quality.
• Visit sites, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, buildable execution.
• Develop QA/QC procedures and manage risk mitigation with the team.
