Reporting to the Interior Design Manager - Hospitality, this role is based at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office and plays a key part in delivering high-end hospitality interiors across landmark developments such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice. The position combines design leadership, coordination, and studio governance within a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment.

Role Summary

The Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality represents Studio 360 and is responsible for maintaining design integrity, quality standards, and timely delivery of hospitality interior projects. The role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while aligning with Azizi's design vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Studio 360 and uphold the integrity, values, and design standards of the organization.
• Attend and actively contribute to meetings and workshops; lead meetings when required, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items until closure.
• Adhere strictly to studio manuals, procedures, protocols, and QA QC standards at all times.
• Deliver consistently high‑quality design output in line with hospitality interior design standards.
• Support leadership and reporting authorities in achieving the Studio 360 vision set by the Board and Investors.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with leadership regarding deliverables and progress status.
• Identify and flag risks related to delays, cost overruns, quality issues, or other concerns immediately upon awareness.
• Remain available during critical project phases, including weekends or leave periods, and establish proxy arrangements when unavailable.
• Take full accountability for personal work and the output of assigned team members.
• Perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development to maintain professional excellence.
• Ensure professional conduct and smart business attire at all times.
