Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking an ID Technical Manager - Special Projects in Dubai to lead technical interior design delivery across residential, hospitality, retail and mixed-use developments. You will manage design development through IFC, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, and oversee QA/QC, BIM integration, and value engineering to preserve design intent.

The role requires a senior interior design professional with strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of UAE construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• 12–15 years of professional interior design and technical delivery experience in UAE or international projects.
• Strong portfolio across residential, hospitality, F&B, retail, public space and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination and management of interior design projects from design development through construction completion.
• Direct designers, BIM specialists, draftsmen, and technical staff to ensure coordinated and timely project delivery.
• Translate approved interior design concepts into technically feasible and construction-ready solutions.
• Ensure construction methodologies, detailing, material selections, and value engineering align with approved design intent.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, schedules, details, and FF&E documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces across architecture, structure, MEP, lighting, AV, kitchen, landscape and signage.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and material installations.
