Job summary

Euphoria Interiors in Dubai is seeking a sales-oriented Interior Design Sales Consultant to drive the complete journey from lead to project handover. You will build strong client relationships, understand design needs, present tailored solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on time.

You will consult on design concepts, review drawings, quotations, and proposals, maintain professional client interactions, meet sales targets, and ensure high quality standards while navigating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field.
• Strong knowledge of design concepts, space planning, materials, finishes and BOQs.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to present, follow up, negotiate, and close deals.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meetings.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Dubai culture and client expectations; UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design consultation to understand requirements and guide space planning solutions.
• Review drawings, BOQs, proposals and quotations before client presentation.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and build professional client relationships.
• Conduct meetings and present design solutions, services, and commercial offers.
• Onboard clients, gather requirements, budget, timelines and design expectations.
• Take ownership of leads and opportunities, coordinate with teams to meet timelines.
