Job summary

Euphoria Interiors in Dubai is seeking a sales-oriented Interior Design Sales Consultant to drive the complete journey from lead to project handover. You will build strong client relationships, understand design needs, present tailored solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on time.

You will consult on design concepts, review drawings, quotations, and proposals, maintain professional client interactions, meet sales targets, and ensure high quality standards while navigating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field.
• Strong knowledge of design concepts, space planning, materials, finishes and BOQs.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to present, follow up, negotiate, and close deals.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meetings.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Dubai culture and client expectations; UAE driving license preferred.

About the role

To drive the complete sales journey from lead conversion to project handover by building strong client relationships understanding their design needs presenting suitable solutions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure every commitment is delivered with quality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Design Consultation Understand the client requirements objections and use interior design knowledge to guide clients and recommend suitable design and space planning solutions
• Scope amp Quotation Understand and review design drawings project scope BOQs proposals and quotations before presenting them to clients
• Follow-Up amp Relations Maintain timely follow-ups build trust and ensure a professional client experience throughout the sales journey
• Conduct professional client meetings and present design solutions services proposals and commercial offers while addressing concerns negotiating when required and confidently guiding clients toward deal closure and advance payment
• Client Onboarding amp Requirement Gathering Onboard new clients establish clear communication and understand their requirements preferences budget timeline and design expectations
• Sales Target Take ownership of assigned leads and opportunities while working toward individual and team sales targets Coordinate with internal teams clients and site teams to ensure project requirements commitments deliverables and timelines are clearly communicated and followed including site visits client meetings and measurements when required
• Quality amp Client Satisfaction Ensure deliverables and client commitments meet company standards and expectations

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related Design field is mandatory.
• Interior Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of design concepts, space planning, materials, finishes, BOQs, and construction processes.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Sales & Closing Skills: Ability to present, follow up, handle objections, negotiate, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, meetings, and responsibilities effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Professional Personality: Presentable, confident, self-driven, accountable, and passionate about design and client experience.
• Dubai Market Understanding: Familiarity with Dubai's culture, lifestyle, and diverse client expectations is preferred.
• (Preferably born and raised in Dubai) Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Interior Design, Design Consultation, Client Servicing, or Interior Design Sales. Candidates with experience in preparing or presenting design proposals, BOQs, quotations, or project scopes will have an advantage. Fluency in professional spoken and written English is mandatory.
