The key objectives for this role are:
  • Coordinate communication between the Client, PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure all parties understand their responsibilities and interface requirements.
  • Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and HSE teams.
  • Identify and resolve inter-discipline conflicts before they impact project progress.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the project Interface Management Plan.
  • Establish interface procedures, workflows, and communication protocols.
  • Define responsibilities and ownership for each interface.
  • Create, maintain, and update the Interface Register.
  • Track interface issues, action items, dependencies, and closure status.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all open interface matters.
  • Coordinate interactions among client, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all project participants.
  • Act as the primary contact for interface-related matters.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
  • Ensure design information is exchanged accurately and on time.
  • Resolve design conflicts between civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process disciplines.
  • Manage interfaces between multiple contractors working in shared areas.
  • Resolve site access, work-front availability, and sequencing conflicts.
  • Ensure construction activities are executed without interference.

Skills And Qualifications
Expected:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil & gas projects.
  • At least 5–7 years in Interface Management roles within large EPC/EPCM or PMC projects.
  • Proven experience on ADNOC or similar Middle East mega projects.
  • Experience managing interfaces across multiple contractors and disciplines.
