KBR Engineering Inc in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Interface Manager to coordinate and resolve project interfaces across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. The role focuses on defining and protecting interfaces, managing data exchanges, and aligning with ADNOC Offshore requirements in a complex offshore facility context.

You will lead Interface Register maintenance, coordinate cross-discipline interfaces during all project phases, and drive issue resolution with EPC contractors,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects, preferably involving offshore facilities.
• Strong experience in interface management and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
• Good understanding of the EPC lifecycle covering FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning.
• Previous experience working on ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore projects would be highly advantageous.
• Experience coordinating multiple EPC contractors, vendors and third-party stakeholders.
• Experience with offshore brownfield modifications, tie-ins and SIMOPS would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan (IMP).
• Establish and maintain the Interface Register with responsibilities, status, and actions.
• Identify, manage, monitor, and close interfaces across the project lifecycle.
• Act as focal point for interface matters involving ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, licensors, and operations teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Civil and Structural disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and data exchanges affecting interfaces; ensure clear communication of responsibilities and deliverables.
• Facilitate interface coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of actions and escalations.
