Job summary

Accenture in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, is looking for an Integrated Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring workstreams are aligned, integrated, and executed to achieve program objectives.

You will collaborate with executive sponsors and cross‑functional teams to manage interdependencies, risks, budgets, and change, while promoting PM governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
