Accenture Middle East is seeking an accomplished Program Delivery Leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent programs in Dubai. You will drive governance, cross-functional collaboration, and executive alignment to achieve program objectives.

The role demands 10+ years in program or delivery management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within a program.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and decisive decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to influence and align diverse teams across business units.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, governance and delivery of multiple interconnected projects.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, issues and escalations across workstreams.
• Establish and maintain an integrated program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, quality standards and resource utilization to drive delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and project managers to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Provide regular program updates, reports and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure effective change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Promote adherence to PM methodologies, governance frameworks and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize program execution and outcomes.
