Qualificações

• Prior experience in Medical Insurance field (e.g., medical underwriting, medical claims, or related functions) is required.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance sector.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Senior CRM in managing clients and ensure a high level of service.
• Support the day-to-day client requests, monitor client instructions, and ensure they are followed up with the relevant stakeholder.
• Prepare and maintain client account records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, placement, claims, and other departments to resolve client related matters.
• Help identify potential issues or delays and elevate them promptly.
• Assist with preparing client meeting materials, presentations, and claims reports.
• Ensure renewal timelines are met and market reviews undertaken and placed in advance of renewal.
• Track important deadlines, commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinate to activate the policy on time.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the CRM function runs smoothly.
