Job summary

Lockton in Dubai seeks a CRS to support the Senior CRM in managing client accounts and coordinating daily activities. You will act as a key link between clients, insurance companies, and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are followed up and resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities include handling client requests, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with onboarding and renewal activities to ensure timely policy activation and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior CRM in managing clients and ensure a high level of service.
• Support the day-to-day client requests, monitor client instructions, and ensure they are followed up with the relevant stakeholder.
• Prepare and maintain client account records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, placement, claims, and other departments to resolve client related matters.
• Help identify potential issues or delays and escort them promptly.
• Assist with preparing client meeting materials, presentations, and claims reports.
• Ensure renewal timelines are met and market reviews undertaken and placed in advance of renewal.
• Track important deadlines, commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinate to activate the policy on time.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the CRM function runs smoothly.
