  • Provide technical advice on resolving chronic operational issues and major repairs.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop recommendations for operational hazards.
  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and procurement proposals.
  • Prepare maintenance procedures, method statements, and shutdown activity schedules.
  • Coordinate with departments to optimize manpower and maintenance schedules.
  • Support project teams with instrumentation design reviews and compliance.
  • Initiate and manage plant change requests (PCRs).
