Job summary

ADNOC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineer to plan and supervise maintenance of instrument and control systems across the plant. You will coordinate with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure reliable performance and minimal downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and at least 6 years in similar environments; you will lead root cause analyses, manage resources, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics discipline or equivalent Professional Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the maintenance activities of instrument and control systems.
• Coordinate with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure reliable functioning.
• Provide technical support for critical maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Assess workload and manpower requirements for daily and shutdown maintenance.
• Monitor materials, spares, and tools to ensure continuous availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and non-scheduled shutdowns.
