Job summary
ADNOC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Maintenance Reliability to develop and optimize maintenance programs for electrical and instrument systems. The role focuses on improving asset reliability, plant availability, and safety through reliability-centered maintenance and predictive techniques.
The ideal candidate will have extensive maintenance experience in oil and energy facilities, with strong knowledge of RCA/RCM, FMECA, and major shutdown planning.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within oil and gas or similar complex industrial environments.
- Expertise in reliability engineering, maintenance strategy development, and predictive maintenance.
- Experience with shutdown planning, RCA/RCM, and lifecycle optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize maintenance programs for electrical and instrument equipment and systems.
- Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance methodologies to improve plant availability.
- Lead or support Root Cause Analysis for chronic failures.
- Prepare scopes of work for maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate shutdown scope, sequencing, and execution for major maintenance.
