Job summary

ADNOC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Maintenance Reliability to develop and optimize maintenance programs for electrical and instrument systems. The role focuses on improving asset reliability, plant availability, and safety through reliability-centered maintenance and predictive techniques.

The ideal candidate will have extensive maintenance experience in oil and energy facilities, with strong knowledge of RCA/RCM, FMECA, and major shutdown planning.

Qualifications

Strong experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within oil and gas or similar complex industrial environments.
Expertise in reliability engineering, maintenance strategy development, and predictive maintenance.
Experience with shutdown planning, RCA/RCM, and lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize maintenance programs for electrical and instrument equipment and systems.
Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance methodologies to improve plant availability.
Lead or support Root Cause Analysis for chronic failures.
Prepare scopes of work for maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate shutdown scope, sequencing, and execution for major maintenance.
