• 3–5 years of relevant experience in institutional excellence, organizational development, or innovation.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor excellence programs and awards.
• Coordinate with units to track improvement plans and timelines.
• Manage suggestions system, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports.
• Support innovation and future foresight initiatives and track performance.
• Prepare studies, reports, and presentations on excellence and foresight.
• Follow up on improvement initiatives with stakeholders and report progress.
• Organize workshops, brainstorming sessions, and focus groups on development.
• Maintain databases and records related to awards and excellence.
• Coordinate with external entities for visits and benchmarking.
• Monitor best practices and trends in excellence and innovation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
