Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in corporate excellence, quality management, or organizational development.
• Certifications: EFQM, ISO, Six Sigma or similar preferred.
• Nationality: UAE National is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s excellence strategy in line with objectives and government frameworks.
• Lead performance management initiatives, including KPIs, benchmarking, and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee quality management systems and ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Manage assessments, audits, and submissions for excellence and innovation.
• Promote process improvements and efficiency across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and learning.
• Prepare analytical reports and present recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the Corporate Excellence team to build capability.
