Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Administrative Sciences or related field.
• 9 years experience for bachelor’s degree holders (6 years with a master’s, 3 years with a doctorate).
• Certifications in quality/excellence are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Propose strategic and operational goals for department projects and monitor implementation.
• Participate in implementing EFQM, Dubai Government Excellence Model, and benchmarking against best practices.
• Oversee internal audits and close gaps to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor an annual plan for excellence initiatives and awards.
• Design workshops and training programs to spread a culture of excellence.
