Key Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, safety measures, and associated updates
• Monitor contractor compliance through inspections, measurements, and testing
• Maintain daily records of manpower, equipment, and work activities
• Perform inspections and site supervision as directed by Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer
• Document contractor personnel, activities, methods, and equipment usage
• Track material deliveries and implement site instructions issued by project leadership
• Apply quality controls and enforce approved QA/QC procedures
• Conduct site measurements and surveying checks as required
• Monitor conformance to electrical codes, performance requirements, and quality standards
• Report health and safety violations and ensure safe work practices are followed
• Assess electrical methodologies, installation processes, and compliance with building codes
• Support inspections across mixed-use, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and infrastructure projects
• Prepare clear, concise inspection and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with contractors and project teams to resolve issues

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical inspection for buildings
• Certification such as ICC Electrical Inspector is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, local and international codes, and safety regulations
• Skilled in inspection techniques, QA/QC procedures, and reporting

• Proficient with inspection tools and software
• Experience in commercial and residential building inspections
