The Inspection Engineer is responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of field equipment through advanced inspection techniques and data‑driven planning. This role contributes directly to minimizing operational risks, extending asset life, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop inspection plans and schedules based on historical data and risk‑based inspection studies.


• Coordinate with plant teams to arrange scaffolding, insulation removal, and equipment access for inspections.


• Apply non‑destructive testing methods and document inspection findings with detailed reports and recommendations.


• Identify abnormalities and communicate defects with supporting drawings and inspection records.

• Monitor inspections during fabrication, maintenance, overhaul, and new installations.

• Prepare welding procedure specifications and welder qualification procedures and witness qualification tests.


• Support technical evaluations and prepare inspection scopes and checklists for contractor activities.
