Key Responsibilities

• Arrange scaffolding, insulation removal and crane support for online examinations.
• Select testing methods appropriate to the equipment, material and suspected defect.
• Document inspection observations, abnormalities and recommended actions.
• Attach checklists, assembly drawings and sketches that identify specific defect locations.
• Communicate inspection findings to maintenance and other responsible departments.
• Raise work orders for corrective or preventive action based on inspection results.
• Review work-order scope and ensure recommendations are properly addressed.
• Verify job completion before formally closing inspection-related work orders.
• Coordinate material analysis and hardness testing for equipment parts and assemblies.
• Arrange coating-thickness and ferrite testing when required.

Ideal Profile

Applicants must hold a Bachelor 's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline. The ideal candidate will understand inspection codes, RBI-based planning, welding qualification and material-testing practices.
