Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Kompressoranlagen und Services in Dubai seeks a capable sales support specialist to back the EMEIA Sales Division. You will consult with Product & Sales Management, assist with enquiries, pricing, order management, and nurture stakeholder communications across Europe.

The role requires SAP/ERP proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Some European travel is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication, able to prioritise in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Maintain customer, distributor, prospect and competitor databases.
