Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services in Dubai is seeking a proactive sales support professional to assist the EMEIA Sales Division with enquiries, pricing, orders and distributor communications. You will collaborate with Area Sales Managers and coordinate events, training sessions and trade shows to drive growth while maintaining critical databases.

You will support marketing campaigns, build strong relationships with distributors and customers, and provide onsite and remote support,

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word).
• Experience of SAP or other ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Area Sales Managers and distributors, including enquiries, pricing requests, order management and customer communications.
• Support sales growth initiatives as a key member of the internal sales team.
• Coordinate sales events, meetings, training sessions, factory visits and trade shows.
• Support sales, marketing, PR and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver onsite and remote support to customers and sales teams.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Maintain customer, distributor, prospect and competitor databases.
