Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license to practice under the relevant regulatory health authority.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration/Management.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and lead a learning culture amongst the nursing team.
• Establish, monitor, and ensure professional standards of care within the Nursing Department.
• Be a member of the Hospital Management Executive Committee and participate with the leaders of the governing body, management, and medical staff in the development of hospital plans, programs, and policies.
• Be responsible for written policies and procedures that guide, support, and assist nursing personnel in the performance of their duties.
