Job summary

Brinc is seeking an Innovation Associate in Abu Dhabi to plan and execute innovation programs and ecosystem events. You will collaborate with corporate partners to understand their objectives, conduct research, and develop proposals.

You will also manage mentors and participants, deliver presentations, and support end-to-end event execution. A university-level education and strong English communication are required, with 3-4 years of event planning experience and proficiency in Google Suite,

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute community-building and Brinc positioning events in the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to understand innovation objectives and research engagement models.
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Reach out to mentors and participants to secure involvement.
• Support end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of innovation projects and events.
• Analyze program data and provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain program calendars, tracking and databases.
• Facilitate and moderate training sessions with mentors and startups.
• Carry out related duties to meet evolving business requirements.
