Job summary

Sia Partners in Abu Dhabi seeks a Consultant to support and manage delivery of our innovation project engagements across the Middle East. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, document needs, scout technology, and validate solutions to achieve defined outcomes.

You will work on diverse topics including innovation strategy, design thinking, and IP-related exploration, with Arabic and English business proficiency and a preference for Abu Dhabi residency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in technology, research and innovation environments.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technically-based projects.
• Proficiency with project tracking and open innovation concepts.

Our Consultant will support and manage delivery of our project engagement service delivery and defined projects as part of the Middle East team They will be responsible for specific areas of focus and for monitoring progress and successful delivery against agreed outcomes The activities and projects are wide ranging providing our Consultant an opportunity to utilize a variety of skill sets to focus on specific areas of activity and grow the role to suit their own experiences and interests Tasks may include but are not limited to

• Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projectsDocumenting full needs description and solution requirementsActive technology scouting and solution identification and validationProject due diligence research and documentationCommunicate and facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholdersCarry out other appropriate delegated duties as requiredAs part of a diverse and motivated team you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients covering topics such as Innovation strategy definition amp implementationCapabilities building projects using the latest methodologies on innovation design thinking innovation management etc Project management management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties

Qualifications

• Strong academic background (e.g. Engineering and/or Business) from a top-tier university3-5 years' experience in technology, research, innovation environmentsExperience of planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical-based projectsFormal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similarDemonstrable experience of leading and completing complex technical innovation projectsExperience in understanding technical discussions and documentationKnowledge of open Innovation Methodology, Intellectual Property and Technology ScoutingCertification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI is highly preferableBusiness proficiency in Arabic and English is a mustAbu Dhabi physical residence a must
