Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking an Innovation Associate in Abu Dhabi to drive community-building and ecosystem events. You will collaborate with corporate partners, prepare proposals, and help shape innovation programs from planning to evaluation.

Applicants should have 3–4 years in events planning, strong English and Arabic communication, and proficiency in Google Suite, Airtable, Notion, and HubSpot. The role is contract-based in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused problem solving.
• Flexible and adaptable across tasks.
• 3–4 years experience in event planning.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot and other IT/AI tools.
• University-level education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute community building and Brinc positioning events in the ecosystem.
• Work with corporate partners to understand innovation objectives and recommend engagement models.
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Reach out to mentors and participants and secure involvement.
• Support end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of innovation projects and events.
• Analyze program data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain program calendar and databases.
• Facilitate and moderate training sessions with mentors and startups.
• Carry out related duties to meet business needs.
