Sia Partners in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Consultant to join the Middle East team, delivering innovation and technology projects for leading clients. You will support delivery, document requirements, and engage stakeholders across functions to ensure on-time, high-impact outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong academics, 3–5 years in tech/innovation settings, and proficiency in Arabic and English. A residency in Abu Dhabi is required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in engineering or business.
• 3-5 years' experience in technology, research, innovation environments.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical-based projects.
• Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar.
• Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, IP and Technology Scouting.
• Certification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI is highly preferable.
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Abu Dhabi residence a must.

• Active technology scouting and solution identification and validation
• Project due diligence research and documentation
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders
