Qualifikationen

• Experience as an entrepreneur, startup mentor, facilitator, or entrepreneurship educator
• Strong workshop facilitation and public speaking skills in English and Arabic
• Based in or willing to be based in Abu Dhabi

Job Overview:

Brinc is hiring Entrepreneurship Facilitators/Trainers to deliver a cohort-based entrepreneurship program in Abu Dhabi for aspiring founders and early-stage entrepreneurs. Facilitators lead structured training, bootcamps, and workshops that take participants from idea to validated business concept.

Sessions, coaching, and mentoring are conducted bilingually in Arabic and English to ensure full understanding and engagement.

The role can be part-time or full-time. At minimum, you will deliver workshops and be present in person three days a week, in either morning or evening slots depending on the cohort schedule. You will be in the room with founders, facilitating sessions, coaching teams, and making sure every cohort graduates with a clear plan and a working pitch.

Workshop Delivery & Facilitation

• Facilitate interactive and engaging workshops across key entrepreneurship topics, including ideation, MVP development, customer discovery, and pitching

• Provide mentorship and guidance to startup founders participating in the programs

• Maintain a supportive learning environment tailored to the needs of the participants

• Monitor participant performance, collect participant feedback, and provide regular reports

• Adapt existing workshop content and materials to ensure relevance and impact

Job Requirements:

• Availablefor in-person delivery of workshops, trainings, and mentoring in Abu Dhabi;

• Fluent Arabic and English speaker with strong communication skills

• Experience as an entrepreneur, startup mentor, facilitator, or entrepreneurship educator is a must

• Strong workshop facilitation and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver content in English and Arabic.

• Solid understanding of early-stage startup development and entrepreneurship principles

• Based or available to be based in Abu Dhabi
