Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a proactive Event Coordinator in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on community outreach, school programs, and coordinating on-ground events for corporate clients.

You will host workshops, manage vendor relations, and track budgets using MS Office tools. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in agency account coordination or event operations, with strong communication and presentation skills and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or Business Administration
• 2-4 years of experience in agency account coordination, event operations, or community management
• Exceptional corporate communication and presentation skills
• Competence in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
