Job summary

Amazon's Innovation Lab in Abu Dhabi invites a Lab Assistant to own day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate testing programs, and support vendor activities within the ACES team at AUH1. You will manage lab logistics, tracking assets, and maintaining documentation, while enabling smooth project execution across operations, safety, ergonomics, and MHE testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, or handling customer problems under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar office tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Perform internal lab tests across Operations, Safety, Ergonomics, ACES, MHE, and quality domains.
• Identify, engage, and manage new vendors to build MEANs own vendor base for automation equipment.
• Serve as the lab coordinator for internal and external visits, ensuring a professional and safe lab environment.
• Maintain records, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Office tools.
• Escalate issues proactively and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Raising, tracking, and managing purchase orders through internal procurement systems.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to support project deliverables.
