Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Robotics and AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant lab or technical experience; strong fresh graduates with a Master’s degree may be considered.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and students.
• Willingness to learn new laboratory tools, equipment, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned laboratories.
• Prepare laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and related materials under faculty guidance.
• Calibrate, maintain, and monitor laboratory equipment.
• Guide students on laboratory safety and correct equipment use.
• Maintain quality, safety, security, and institutional compliance standards.
• Consult with faculty on coursework requirements and student projects.
• Support the design and improvement of experimental procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe laboratory environments.
• Manage equipment inventory and monitor related budget expenditure.
• Report safety or security risks in accordance with institutional policies.
